Phase 1: Reveal the Gap
Through in-depth interviews and executive alignment, I uncover how each leader sees themselves, how others actually experience them, and where performance is breaking down. This makes the invisible visible.
Phase 2: Shift Behavior
We focus on how the leader responds under pressure, how they communicate in tension, and how they lead, delegate, and show up— and we actively change those patterns in real time.
Phase 3: Surface System Patterns
After working across the team, I identify the hidden dynamics, cultural patterns, and leadership blind spots that are actually hindering results—and share what I find with your executive sponsors.
